Angola Bed Spread ベッドカバー

This was very interesting job I did.
My clients had this Angola Fur from Bolivia but unfortunately  it had some patches by Moth worms.....
They managed to get rid of them and asked me if I can do something with this Fur.
Then I and my clients decided to make a Bed Spread!
I cut it out all the patches and put the border around.
Fabric is from Romo. It is velvet stripe, very nice with the Fur.

このお仕事は、大変変わってました！
このお客様、南米　ボリビアで購入されたアンゴラの毛皮に、虫によって毛が少し
抜けてしまった部分を見つけ、なんとか　虫は退治したけど、はげた？部分があるので、そこを
処分し　何か出来ないか・・・と、ご相談を受けました。
お客様とのミーティングの結果、ベッドカバー作製に　決まりました。

工程の順番を考えに考え（失敗は許されません・・・はぁーっ）、やっと出来上がりました！
はげてる部分を切り取り、周りにロモの生地。
ベルベットのストライプが入ってる生地で、質感もあり、色も濃い茶色にマスタード色等、
私も好きな布です。
毛皮との組み合わせ、意外としっくり落ちついています。

もう少しで捨てられてしまいそうだった毛皮が、また　こうしてベッドカバーに生まれ変わり？
